  • It is a Traxcavator that was built on a D4. Sometimes they are refered to as a T4. I have one and use it very frequently. I have had mine for about 8 years with very little trouble. No down pressure, but it is a workhorse of a machine. If you are thinking about restoring it...find a good machinist. The traxson parts are not avaiable as well as most of the cat parts too.
